Tent City Sleepover
Tent City Sleepover
Every second year, the Junior Syndicate Teachers, students, and their families set up their tents for an overnight sleepover at school. The school field is transformed into a mini tent city. Students run around with friends and visit each other's tents and families mix and mingle. Dinner is a picnic, a BBQ, or takeaways collected from the nearby shops. The swimming pool and sports games on the field add to the fun. Lights are out by 9.30 and tired children, parents and teachers are asleep as heads hit the pillows. The next morning, after a quick breakfast, tents are packed up and everyone leaves ready to start their weekend.
