Every second year, the Junior Syndicate teachers, students, and their families set up their tents for an overnight sleepover at school. The school field is transformed into a mini tent city. Students spend the evening with friends, visiting each other's tents while families mix and mingle. Dinner is a picnic, a BBQ, or takeaways collected from the nearby shops. The swimming pool is open, and games on the field add to the fun. The next morning, after a quick breakfast, tents are packed up and everyone leaves ready to start their weekend.

We run a number of camping experiences in our Senior School each year. Past students have gone to our local Marae, Lonsdale Camp, and Marsden Bay. Throughout the years, we have been so lucky to have amazing parent support to run these camps and we look forward to continuing to provide these opportunities.
